There is an orientation for newcomers at 9:00 AM 9:30 - Zazen (Sitting Meditation) 10:00 - Kinhin (Walking Meditation) 10:10 - Zazen 10:40 - Kinhin 10:50 - Dharma Talk and/or Discussion |

On Thursday evenings there is meditation from 7 to 7:30 pm after which we attend the 8:00 pm class at PZC via internet connection. |

Genmyo will visit the Springfield sangha on Saturday, March 3rd.
The event will begin at 9:00am with zazen which will include dokusan for
those wishing to meet with him privately. He will give a talk at 11:00
which will be followed by a pot luck lunch at Noon. Everyone is welcome
to attend all or part of the event. |
